The bill (Reg. No. 2237а) is aimed at increasing state’s assistance to establishments where orphans and children deprived of parental care are raised, to family-type children's homes, as well as to foster and large families.

Particularly, it is stipulated to introduce a new version of clause 235.1 of article 235 of the Tax Code.

Upholding the bill, the people’s deputies think that during its refinement for the second hearing it is necessary to establish restrictions regarding number and type of vehicles that can be exempt from the fee for the first registration of the vehicle.
